Every project is different and every client is unique. We don’t believe there is a one-size-fits-all approach to design, but we do have a process that helps guide our team as well as our client’s. The first step is to learn. We spend the time to research the context surrounding a project, it’s opportunities and limitations. Then we formulate some ideas and sketches before moving into the design phase. We work back-and-forth with our clients throughout the entire process to ensure that what we deliver in the end fits perfectly to the needs of our clients.
The first step in our process is to research and understand the context of the project or problem. We learn about our client, their goals and ambitions, as well as the limitations or obstacles we will need to overcome. Our team works hard to become experts in the issues we are tackling so we can design the best solution in the end.
Once we understand what we are working with, it’s time to dive in. Things get rolling by throwing out ideas and sketches to see what works and what doesn’t. Once we nail down a direction, we move into production mode, constantly sharing our progress and discussing the results.
Part of our job is to understand how our design work will be used or seen in the world. Since every project is unique, every project’s result is different and must be treated with care. Once we finish up our design work, we package it up with all of the necessary bits and work with our clients to make sure they understand what we’ve done and how to use it.
